1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cedar Creek Cleans website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all clients, property owners, property managers, and website visitors.
2. Services Provided
Cedar Creek Cleans provides professional cleaning services for short-term rental properties and related residential properties. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Turnover cleanings

Deep cleanings
-
Linen service (if applicable)

Restocking supplies (if applicable)

Property condition reporting
Specific services are outlined in individual service agreements, booking confirmations, or invoices.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings must be made through our approved booking method (website, email, or designated platform).

Clients must provide accurate property access instructions.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time.

If access is not provided, a lockout fee may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe or hazardous conditions.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

We may require a valid payment method on file.

Late payments may incur additional fees.
-
If payment is not received, future services may be suspended.
All pricing is subject to change with prior notice.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least [24–48 hours] prior to the scheduled service time.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide safe and legal access to the property

Disclose any hazardous conditions

Secure pets prior to service

Remove excessive clutter
We are not responsible for damages resulting from unstable furniture, improperly installed fixtures, or pre-existing damage.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Claims
If you are unsatisfied with a cleaning:

You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.
-
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be honored.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Cedar Creek Cleans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for loss or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, or fragile items not disclosed in advance.
9. Access & Security
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate key codes, keys, or entry instructions.
-
Updating us if codes change.
-
Ensuring alarm systems are disarmed prior to service.
We take reasonable precautions to secure properties but are not liable for third-party criminal acts beyond our control.
10. Independent Contractor Status
Cedar Creek Cleans operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship with clients.
11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree:

Not to misuse, copy, or exploit website content.

Not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

That all content (logos, text, images) is the property of Cedar Creek Cleans.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
