Home Cleaning

What Cleaning Products Do You Use?

​

One of our goals at Cedar Creek Cleans is to be as environmentally conscious as we possibly can be!  Our cleaning staff are trained to use the most gentle and effective cleaning solutions for your home. While we are always open to using cleaning supplies that you request. We understand that all homes are different and have different needs. During your initial walk through or first phone call with us, we will be discussing any of these needs or concerns that you may have.

Are You Insured?

​

We are insured and can provide documents if requested.

Do I Need To Be Home For Cleaning?

​

 No, only if you would like to be. Upon booking, we will ask you if you will be home or how we will be able to enter the home if you plan to not be there. For the initial cleaning, most of our clients prefer to be home to show the cleaners around and explain any areas to give special attention, and explain any areas we can avoid. The majority of our regular clients trust our insured house cleaning professionals with a spare key or a key code to enter the home.

How Does Booking Work?

​

After completing a booking request our staff will email or text you a quote withing 24 hours. You will be able to approve or request a change through the quote. Once approved, a member of Cedar Creek Cleans will reach out to schedule and answer any questions you may have.

Do I Need To Provide Anything?

​

No, our staff have all the supplies and equipment they need to complete a clean. If there are any special products you would like us to use then we ask for you to provide those.

What Do I Need To Do To Prepare For Your Arrival?

​

If we are cleaning a new construction/move in or out we do ask that power and water are available. On day of clean you will get a text when we are on the way. We do not require animals to be put in a separate room unless that feel uncomfortable with new people in their home. We also do not clean up any kind of animal feces so please be aware of that.

What Payments Are Accepted?

​

We accept card via a link emailed or text message, cash, or check.

​

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

​

We understand that sometimes schedules change and you may need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.

Is There A Satisfaction Guarantee?

​

We take pride in our work and strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right.
